Exact numbers

Your AI doesn't estimate from a sample it read into the chat: it queries every row (filters, groups, totals) and gets the same answer every time. For joins and time travel it saves SQL views that reports run.

Saved views with parameters

Save a query once as a view with parameters (@region, @from, @to). Reports run the approved version instead of a query rewritten each time.

Charts and pivots

Bar, line, area, scatter, pie and histogram charts, and pivots. A report's HTML file is self-contained: it opens offline. Email clients don't run charts, so the table of numbers always comes with it.

On a schedule

schedule_report sends a report on any cron schedule (every Monday at 08:00, the first of the month) to the people you choose, and keeps a history of every run so you can see what was sent.

Time travel

Tables keep their versions. Ask what a table looked like on any past date with AS OF, or compare two dates.
